Was pleasantly surprised by the kick of flavours the powders produced and wow the vivid colours. Only downside is the stress of trying to think up more wonderful ways to use them.
Love it so far. Made marshmallow, put in one teaspoon of powdered strawberry and it had such a lovely subtle strawberry flavour. Eager to try the powders in some other baking
