We’re two brothers from Sydney with a passion for good food, real nutrition, and supporting local.
We founded Lyons Raw in 2024 with a clear mission: to make healthy living easy and accessible for all Australians.
We believe the simplest way to achieve this is through regular consumption of single ingredient wholefoods without any additives or nasties - as nature intended. Wholefoods provide maximum nutrient density, support stable energy, and promote a healthy gut.
At the same time, we wanted to do something about food waste. By sourcing surplus produce from Aussie farmers and combining cutting-edge freeze drying techniques, we've found a way to capture the goodness of fruit & veg in a convenient, shelf-stable form. Pure, single-ingredient wholefoods—nothing added, nothing wasted.
Today, we have customers all over the world using our freeze dried powders for all sorts of baking and cooking recipes, health shakes/bowls, beauty applications and more.
