Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Slice

Ingredients (Base):
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Ingredients (Cheesecake layer):
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 4 tbsp Lyons Raw Strawberry Powder
Instructions:
1. Mix all base ingredients together until combined. Press into a lined container and place in the freezer while preparing the filling.
2. In a separate bowl, mix all cheesecake layer ingredients until smooth and fully combined.
3. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the base and smooth the top.
4. Refrigerate overnight or freeze for 2–3 hours before serving. Enjoy!
